BROILER FEEDING SYSTEM

14-Grill feed pan can be adjusted to 5 feed levels, the amount of feed can be adjusted as required depending on the age of the bird. The V shaped feed pan dish prevents too much feed to be accumulated into the pan, thus keeping the feed fresh. The edge of the feed plate is tilted inwards to reduce feed spillage and helps avoiding bird injuries

SUSPENSION SYSTEM

3500 lbs suspension system supports the weight of the entire line upto 550 ft. The winch and steel wires can be controlled using a motor or a hand crank.
Various steel wires ranging from 1.5mm to 5mm wires are used in together with strong pulleys to support the movement of the entire system.

FEED DELIVERY SYSTEM

The feed line is equipped with a 45mm technical systems auger which is used to transport the feed from the hopper to the feed pans. The Mg-Al-Zn steel pipe is 5 times resilient than galvanized steel pipes.
