The 14-grill feed pan features five adjustable feeding levels, allowing precise control of feed quantity to match the birds’ different growth stages while reducing waste. Its V-shaped design helps prevent feed accumulation, keeping the feed fresh and lowering the risk of spoilage.
An inward-sloped edge minimizes spillage and feed loss while also reducing the chance of injury from aggressive pecking. Built for strength and efficiency, this feed pan is well-suited for both small-scale and large-scale poultry operations, promoting a clean, economical, and bird-friendly feeding environment.
SUSPENSION SYSTEM
The 3,500 lb suspension system is engineered to support the entire weight of the poultry feeding line, with a reach of up to 550 feet. Its sturdy design ensures reliable performance and structural integrity, even under challenging farm conditions. The system offers operational flexibility, with options for motorized or manual hand-crank control, depending on farm requirements and power availability.
Utilizing high-tensile steel wires ranging from 1.5mm to 5mm in thickness, along with durable pulleys, the system delivers smooth, balanced movement. Built for longevity, these components reduce sagging and help maintain continuous operation. This makes the suspension system a dependable choice for both small-scale and large-scale poultry setups.
FEED DELIVERY SYSTEM
The feed line is equipped with a high-efficiency 45mm technical systems auger, designed to deliver feed smoothly and consistently from the hopper to each feed pan. This precise auger system ensures even feed distribution across the line, promoting healthy bird development and maximizing feed efficiency.
The feed pipe is constructed from advanced Mg-Al-Zn coated steel, offering superior strength and corrosion resistance. This material is up to five times more durable than conventional galvanized steel, providing lasting protection against wear and environmental factors. Combined, the durable auger and reinforced pipe system offer a reliable, low-maintenance solution tailored for the demands of modern poultry feeding operations.
GEAR DRIVE MOTOR
The Transtechno motor is a compact, high-performance drive solution engineered for efficiency and reliability in poultry feeding systems. Offering a power range between 0.75kW and 1.1kW, it provides an ideal balance of torque and energy efficiency for steady, dependable operation. Designed to fit shaft sizes of 45mm, 75mm, and 90mm, it offers the versatility needed for different mechanical configurations. Its durable build ensures long-lasting performance, even under continuous use, making it a dependable choice for the rigorous demands of agricultural applications.
